11:00 a.m. Silent Auction Bidding opens

12:00 Lunch is served

1:00 Presentation by Margaret Roach

2:00 Book Signing and Silent Auction results

The Menu:

Cucumber Mint Soup with

Carrot ginger swirl and edible flower garnish

Entrée

Cobb Salad:

With diced cucumber, tomato, hardboiled egg, bacon, avocado, blue cheese,

grilled chicken breast and balsamic vinaigrette *

(*vegetarian salad option available)

Dessert

Chocolate Trio:

Flowerless chocolate cake, chocolate tartlet and chocolate covered strawberries

Tickets are $50.00 by check (made out to GCHH) and are only available in advance at www.gardenclubofhunterdonhills.com

Certain funds raised will be used to support the Garden Club’s scholarships as well as other community outreach programs.

We are Incorporated and have applied for our 501 c 3. We will notify all doners when we receive approval from the IRS.
